This design Apartment is located in a very special designed building and is completely private. The quality and details makes this place very special, the decor, furniture and equipment are very high end. The building has a lobby area shaded by a large beautiful tree and water foundations. There is a security person 24 hours to make your stay safe and convenient. The kitchen is full equipt and offers following features: 4 burner stove (electric), mircrowave, a large fridge, high end kitchen foucet, a coffemaschine, big sets of pots and pants, handmade design plates (large, medium and small sized), handmade coffee mugs, wine glasses, toaster. The place features a washer and dryer. We offer you additional a beach bag and beachtowls. The bedroom features linen bed textiles, linen curtains, beautiful and elegant design, large mirrors and design furniture. The bathrooms features rainfall showers, quality shampoo, conditioner and bodysoap, large comfortable towls. Every bathrooms has a large mirror. The outside area surprises with a large pool and a lush vegetation, there is a beautiful sitting area with a waterproofed pergola, cozy lighting and the sound of a waterfall. This patio is private and only accessible from the Studio.
Other Details to Note
The Building is extremely quiet, we not allow parties, from 11 pm we ask our guests to be a bit more quiet. Smoking is not allowed inside the spaces. In the area are many places to rent Motorbikes, Bikes or any type of transportation. Just ask us and we advice how to go around the best. We recommend everyone to purchase a travel insurance, so you are protected if something unexpexted occurs. Chef service, massage service and transportation are provided upon request. Only our authorized providers are allowed to enter the property. For special services, prior authorization is required.

This Apartment is located in a very quiet area with almost no traffic and with many many options for Restaurants in walking distance what is not that common in Tulum. Once you are booked we will send our insider guide with the very best advices for the specific area and Tulum in general what will make your trip a truly unique experience. The building has a secruity guard, equipped with surveillance cameras in common and exterior areas for security purposes (garden,hall,parking area) and its in a very safe área, A strong community of residents taking care about the area and gives it a neighborhood feeling. There are no big developments or constructions around what make it more quiet and cozy. We have lots of green and in general a very relaxed vibe.
