Before we introduce you to the Apartment a word about additional services we offer. This are our most requested: - Shuttle service. - Private chef. - Private massages. - Tours. If you are interested in any of these services, let us know and we will be happy to organize it for you. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious (1237 sqft, 115 m2). It's located south/ south west and receive beautiful light from midday until sunset. We have a very stable fiber optic Internet only for this Apartment, its 230 mb. The pool is large and PRIVATE and only possible to enter from the Apartment, its a Saltwater Pool what reduce the stress for the environment as it uses a minimum of chemicals and its good for the skin. Beside the pool you can Las experience a hot or cold outdoor shower. Our outdoor chairs are the perfect place to read a book, to chill or just to hang out with your beloved and listen to the waterfall of the pool. Next to the pool is our intimate Guest bedroom located what features a Queen Size bed, a Fan, AC and plugs of both sides of the bed to charge phones or Laptop. The spaces are day- and night curtains to make it private and shaded. The inside of the main Apartment is very beautiful and has lots of room to chill on the large L-Shape Sofa, the comfortable King-Size Bed or on the beautiful Dinning Table. We have a very nice large Fridge with a separate Freezer. The Kitchen contains everything you desire to prepare your favorite dishes or experience Mexican ons. This contains a Coffee machine, French Press, a high end Blender, there is a Oven and a Toaster for Bread, handmade cutting boards, a great selection of knifes and artisan plates and cups. We offer also a selection of tropical fruits for your arrival as curtesy and a bottle of wine. Very unique is the tab for purified drinkable water. So drink as much as you can :) Our Bedroom Area has a separate Fan and next to the bed is our AC located what keeps your space always fresh. On both sides of the bed you have a contacts to charge phones. Next to the bedroom area is a closet with lots of hangers, the area has a separate ventilation system to keep your beautiful clothes fresh and clean. There is an Iron, an electric Extension and an Iron Board. And we also have a beautiful beach bag plus beach towels for you. The bathroom is one of the many highlights: very clean and minimal but in the same moment elegant. We offer a Collection of organic Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap and Lotion with amazing scent. Under your sink is a hairdryer located, additional papers and we not want to forget to mention our deluxe towels. The bathroom also offer 2 rainfall shower and has an amazing view to the Exterior and our Water its really Hot, water pressure is strong too. Beside all this feature we offer additional a Washer/Dryer, located between bed- and bathroom, soap and a large set of cleaning products.
Other Details to Note
We are a family friendly Airbnb and offer on request a special chair for babies and an extra bed. Please let us know in advance. The Building is extremely quiet, we not allow parties, from 11 pm we ask our guests to be a bit more quiet. Smoking is not allowed inside the spaces. In the area are many places to rent Motorbikes, Bikes or any type of transportation. Just ask us and we advice how to go around the best. We recommend everyone to purchase a travel insurance, so you are protected if something unexpexted occurs. Chef service, massage service and transportation are provided upon request. Only our authorized providers are allowed to enter the property. For special services, prior authorization is required.

This Apartment is located in Tulums most trendy Area - La Veleta. Its quiet but there is a busy, nice vibe during the day and night. Also only small houses are here so there is not as much traffic and its nice to walk around and explore. Many of Tulums most interesting options for go out and eat out are here located. Many out guests enjoy this natural, relaxed vibe what give you a idea how Tulum started many years ago. We really love it here.

The Building has 24/7 Security, surveillance cameras are in place in common and exterior areas of the building to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings (garden, exterior stairs and parkings) The building is in an area described as very safe, a strong community of residents taking care about the area and gives it a neighborhood feeling. There are no big developments or constructions around what make it more quiet and cozy. We have lots of green and in general a very relaxed vibe. The Building has lots of parking options on the property and next to the property, parking is safe and our security will take care about your vehicle.
