From the entrance to the kitchen with a gigantic kitchen table, to the large living - just everything feels like so special. The outdoor areas truly accomplish the indoor. The master bedroom with own balcony with lots of plants and the private terrace with a pool surround by tropical vegetation and a large lounge make you fell not want to leave the space.

***There is fiber optic internet WiFi over all levels. There is one network with 150 Mbps connections to serve several guest at the same moment. This network is only for this specific apartment. There is on request a upgrade to 200 Mbps possible for a extra charge. The quality and details makes this place very special, the decor, furniture and equipment are very high end. And we also have a beautiful beach bag plus beach towls for you.

Other Details to Note

We are a family friendly Airbnb and offer on request a special chair for babies and a extra bed. Please let us know in advance. The Building is extremely quiet, we not allow parties, from 11 pm we ask our guests to be a bit more quiet. Smoking is not allowed inside the spaces. In the area are many places to rent Motorbikes, Bikes or any type of transportation. Just ask us and we advice how to go around the best. We recommend everyone to purchase a travel insurance, so you are protected if something unexpexted occurs. Chef service, massage service and transportation are provided upon request. Only our authorized providers are allowed to enter the property. For special services, prior authorization is required.

This Apartment is located in Tulums most trendy Area - La Veleta. Its quiet but there is a busy, nice vibe during the day and night. Also only small houses are here so there is not as much traffic and its nice to walk around and explore. Many of Tulums most interesting options for go out and eat out are here located. Many out guests enjoy this natural, relaxed vibe what give you a idea how Tulum started many years ago. We really love it here.

This Apartment is located in a very quiet area with almost no traffic and with many many options for Restaurants in walking distance what is not that common in Tulum. Once you are booked we will send our insider guide with the very best advices for the specific area and Tulum in general what will make your trip a truly unique experience. The building has a secruity guard, equipped with surveillance cameras in common and exterior areas for security purposes (garden,hall,parking area) and its in a very safe área, A strong community of residents taking care about the area and gives it a neighborhood feeling. There are no big developments or constructions around what make it more quiet and cozy. We have lots of green and in general a very relaxed vibe.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Gorgeous aesthetic apartment... love the Mayan Chukum plaster and design / decor. Very spacious layout on 2 floors. Clean bathrooms with strong showers. Loved the private plunge pool after a hot day out. We especially appreciated the personalized check in and introduction to the space. Highly recommended.

On a vraiment adoré notre séjour chez Terreo Studio. Le logement est impeccable, tout equipé, super bien décoré, calme et confortable. Le quartier, la Veleta, est top. A la fois calme, proche de l’animation, avec de tres bons bars et resto, et surtout le quartier est safe. Guillermo nous a super bien reçues, il a été tres réactif, à l’écoute et toujours présent pour nous guider/aider. Je recommande vraiment ce logement!

La casa es hermosa, muy cómoda y funcional. Estaba todo limpio, olía bien y contaba con todo lo necesario para la estadía. El barrio es tranquilo, rodeado de selva y a solo 1 cuadra de restaurantes y algunos comercios. Los anfitriones respondieron siempre rápido y fueron súper flexibles con el horario del check in, no fue algo que necesitábamos, pero se agradece que lo ofrezcan.

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful space to spend time in. Guillermo was a fabulous host, very responsive snd full of information and recommendations which made things very easy for us. We hired the scooters through Terreo and they were lots of fun. We booked this Airbnb last minute after checking out early from the Fairmont Mayakoba due to a disappointing experience, and WOW — what a blessing in disguise. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The interior design of the home is absolutely stunning — every single detail has been thoughtfully curated, making the space both luxurious and welcoming. The home is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and bedding. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet still within easy walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Oscar, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible stay. He is very quick to respond and gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities. He even arranged a scooter rental for us, which was seamless and super convenient. After such a chaotic start to our trip, this stay truly turned everything around. We can’t recommend this place — or Oscar — highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!

I cannot recommend Terreo Studio at Fosil Tulum highly enough! The design of Terreo Studio is simply stunning.
