The master bedroom with own balcony with lots of plants and the private terrace with a pool surround by tropical vegetation and a large lounge make you fell not want to leave the space.

***There is fiber optic internet WiFi over all levels. There is one network with 150 Mbps connections to serve several guest at the same moment. This network is only for this specific apartment. There is on request a upgrade to 200 Mbps possible for a extra charge. The quality and details makes this place very special, the decor, furniture and equipment are very high end. And we also have a beautiful beach bag plus beach towls for you.
Other Details to Note
We are a family friendly Airbnb and offer on request a special chair for babies and a extra bed. Please let us know in advance. The Building is extremely quiet, we not allow parties, from 11 pm we ask our guests to be a bit more quiet. Smoking is not allowed inside the spaces. In the area are many places to rent Motorbikes, Bikes or any type of transportation. Just ask us and we advice how to go around the best. We recommend everyone to purchase a travel insurance, so you are protected if something unexpexted occurs. Chef service, massage service and transportation are provided upon request. Only our authorized providers are allowed to enter the property. For special services, prior authorization is required.

This Apartment is located in Tulums most trendy Area - La Veleta. Its quiet but there is a busy, nice vibe during the day and night. Also only small houses are here so there is not as much traffic and its nice to walk around and explore. Many of Tulums most interesting options for go out and eat out are here located. Many out guests enjoy this natural, relaxed vibe what give you a idea how Tulum started many years ago. We really love it here.

This Apartment is located in a very quiet area with almost no traffic and with many many options for Restaurants in walking distance what is not that common in Tulum. Once you are booked we will send our insider guide with the very best advices for the specific area and Tulum in general what will make your trip a truly unique experience. The building has a secruity guard, equipped with surveillance cameras in common and exterior areas for security purposes (garden,hall,parking area) and its in a very safe área, A strong community of residents taking care about the area and gives it a neighborhood feeling. There are no big developments or constructions around what make it more quiet and cozy. We have lots of green and in general a very relaxed vibe.
